Nội dung công việc:
- Prepare layout for lines: discuss with Senior IE or IE manager to do:

+ Code for the product quantity of workers need.

+ Layout system and technical sewing.

+ Use “ required machine list “ to arrange and calculate standards for consumption.

- Identify and analyse construction of critical operation and check suggested methods are practical when doing production.

- Attend the Meetings to discuss about the procedure for each process, board for line arrangement and labour efficiency of workers.

- Co-ordinate with sewing staffs to collect new to improve labour efficiency and productivity.

- Co-operate to settle problems and report.

- Find out the process with low efficiency and request leader/ supervisor to improve and increase labour efficiency up to 80%.

- When giving the procedure for sewing line, IE staff must check and modify if necessary.

- Install the process for each product code, each worker at each line when they use G-PRO system.

- Prepare and present the specific important issues and ensure that these things are in report and sent to the management

- Bachelor degree in Garment

- 2 years experiences in IE

- Strong interpersonal skill & good communication.
